The Challenge

The challenge was to coordinate the entire project, including the fit-out and relocation into Siemens’ new office space totaling 182,920 sq. ft. (17,000 sq. m.) with two main goals: to achieve LEED-Gold certification for Commercial Interiors and to change the policies of the company to focus on sustainability, collaboration and an overall more efficient workplace design.


The Solution

Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management team, engaged from the beginning of the project, analyzed different site locations, architecture trends, and the Siemens' culture to deliver a thorough LEED assessment and develop an integrated design process.


The Result

With the LEED process on target with enough credits to achieve Platinum-level certification, our team was able to achieve a high level of client satisfaction. As well, the project was delivered on schedule and on budget.
