In 1990, Victor Lachica formed Grupo Comercial Inmobiliario, and in 1992 the company entered into a partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Today, C&W Mexico is a 100% subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield.

In 1996, he started with Cushman & Wakefield Mexico in Corporate Services and Investment Sales and has been involved in many of the most complex real estate transactions in the country.

Gonzalo Gutierrez is the Senior Director for the Northeast Region of Mexico, based in Monterrey. He has been in the firm for more than 17 years representing multinational companies in Mexico.

Jose Gonzalez
Senior Industrial Director | Metropolitan Area & Central Region
Jose Gonzalez is the Senior Industrial Director in Mexico City servicing national and multinational companies throughout the country. He serves as the primary point of contact for foreign clients and the coordinator for the diverse industrial services offered by Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Gonzalez is fully bilingual and combines an intimate knowledge of Mexican market “know who” with a real understanding of corporate and industrial real estate requirements and process “know how”.
Mr. Gonzalez studied at Universidad Anahuac’s Business School (Mexico City) and is an active member of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI).
Ander Legorreta

Ander Legorreta joined Cushman & Wakefield Mexico as Executive Director of Capital Markets in August 2010. Mr. Legorreta was the Principal of the Mexico City Office of O’Connor Capital Partners from 2006 to 2010. He has been a board member of the Private Equity Mexican Association, the Mexican Association of Industrial Park Developers, the Mexican Association of Developers, ICSC, and ULI. He is a founding member and a Vice-President of the Mexican Association of Real Estate and Infrastructure Funds.
Juan Carlos Ulloa

Juan Carlos Ulloa is a Managing Director of the Latin America Region since 2010. He has been responsible for providing valuation services to national and international corporations in Mexico and Latin America. His expertise spans office, industrial, retail, lots, hotels, resorts, and market studies. He has more than 13 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate in Mexico and internationally. Mr. Carlos is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). He holds a bachelor degree in Architecture and a Masters Degree in Business Construction (MBA), successfully completed all courses of the SAVAC (Appraiser Architects Society).
Andres Hanhausen

Andres Hanhausen joined Cushman & Wakefield Mexico as Director of Retail Services in April 2009. With over 10 years in the financial and real estate sector in multinational companies within the commercial areas of risk analysis and occupying senior management positions. He has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM), postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance (ITAM).
Yahir Sarmiento

Yahir Sarmiento joined Cushman & Wakefield Mexico as Director of Project Management in May 2007, with a background in different projects with excellent results in Project Management. He participated as supervisor of bridges construction and pumping buildings. Mr. Yahir Sarmiento received his bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering in 1993 from the Instituto Tecnológíco y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Monterrey (ITESM). In 2005, he received his MBA degree in the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México ( ITAM ), and one year later in the same University he got his Master of International Business Management, both in México City.
Ricardo M. Gutierrez

With more than 10 years of professional experience in architecture, project management, real estate development and urban planning Ricardo Gutierrez joined C&W Mexico on 2009 as Business Development Subdirector to contribute to the growth of C&W Corporate Occupier & Investor Services. In 2011 he was appointed Director of Facilities Management for Mexico, Caribbean & Central America.
