Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield represented Żabka Polska in its 100 sq m retail space lease at C building in the Spark complex. The investor of the Spark office complex under construction in Warsaw’s Wola district is Skanska Property Poland.
Żabka Polska has the largest chain of small convenience stores in Poland operating under Żabka and Freshmarket brands.
“Convenience stores facilitate commercialisation of office buildings. Żabka Polska SA offers a new, elegant concept with products and services ideally tailored to the needs of busy contemporary customers. Coffee to go, hot snacks, a broad range of breakfast and ready-cooked meals are a set of products often bought by office workers. That’s why Żabka is a frequent store operator at such newly-constructed office buildings as Spark,” said Monika Sieradzan, Senior Consultant, Office Space, Cushman & Wakefield.
Spark is a complex of modern office, service and retail buildings in Warsaw’s Wola district. It benefits from an excellent location, providing easy access to other parts of the city. The complex will provide around 71,600 sq m of commercial leasable space once fully built out.
